During Stage 4, you can expect 6-foot social distancing guidelines, increased safety measures, and face coverings are recommended.
So, what does this mean for visitors and which locations in Kokomo are now open?
Hotels – All Kokomo hotels are open with enhanced safety measures in place. Find a complete list of hotels here.
Restaurants – Kokomo restaurants are open for dine-in eating at 75% capacity with social distancing guidelines and increased safety measures. Carry-out is still available at most all locations. Bars are open at 50% capacity with social distancing guidelines. Find a complete list of restaurants here.
Retail Shops – Retail stores and malls are open at full capacity with social distancing guidelines in place. Find a list of local shops here.
Visitor Centers – The downtown Visitor Center located inside the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library is now open. Find visitor guides, city maps, trail maps and more. Trails & Parks – All trails and parks are open. To explore local trails, you can rent a bike at Koko-Go Free Ride Bike Share in downtown (located directly behind Foxes Trail Restaurant.) Bike rentals are FREE! Maximum rental time is 3 hours. Open daily. Find out more here.

Under Stage 4 of Indiana’s Back on Track Plan, tourism sites and attractions may open at 50% capacity. Here are the local attractions currently open in Kokomo:
Kokomo Beach Family Aquatic Center outdoor water park is now open at 50% capacity. Enhanced sanitation and safety measures have been implemented. Kokomo Beach is open daily through Aug. 2, 2020. Hours: Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. & Sunday 12-7 p.m. Get more info here.
The Howard County Museum inside the historic Seiberling Mansion is now open at 50% capacity. New safety measures implemented include enhanced cleaning measures, social distanced touring and hand sanitizer stations. Facial masks are required for all guests (and staff/volunteers) and masks can be purchased at the door for $1. Hours: Tuesday-Sunday 1-4 p.m. Learn more about the Seiberling Mansion here.
Kokomo Downtown Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in downtown Kokomo. Vendors are required to wear facial masks, and patrons are strongly encouraged to wear masks when shopping. Get more info here.
